` run DEAN, run
"CHAAAAAAAAARGE!"
` are you with me,
YOUR AGE . 14
RP EXPERIENCE . Oh man, it's 3 years now. I feel old.
CONTACT INFO . pm me on my main.
HOW DID YOU FIND US . Well, see, Emi made the first one, and I was the angel master then; same on the second one. She gave up on it, but I didn't, so I took over her role as fairy master. And I'm glad I did, this is the best one yet![/ul]
` there's no turning back,
NICKNAMES . Everyone just calls him Dean
AGE & DATE OF BIRTH . 16 - April 3rd, 1993
OCCUPATION . He works at Starbucks part time. Otherwise, he's a student at Grove.[/ul]
` i'll be waiting,
Dean has a rather boyish appearence, with short, light brown that he tries, and fails, to keep neat. He'll dye it sometimes, if that is what it takes to look the part in his plays. His eyes are a mossy green color that always seem to look cheerful, even if he's not feeling very optemistic at all.
He's grown to about 5'6" at this point, and he hopes that he'll be able to put on another few inches. His build is slender - he's not very muscular at all. At this point, he doesn't have any signs of growing wings. He probably never will.
PERSONAL STYLE .[/ul]
A sort of preppy-casual sort of thing - he'll wear polo shirts and jeans most of the time, but none of the brand name stuff. He'll sometimes wear vintage tee-shirts, too. As for footwear, he just wears his skate shoes, unless of course he's playing sports at the moment.

STRENGTHS . Acting - through his practice in plays (he was Romeo, a girl he hated was Juliet, for example) he's learned to hide his emotions and thoughts quite well. No one but himself has ever really known what he's thinking and feeling. And that's how he likes it.
Speed - Between soccer in the fall, track and field in the spring, and running away from angry mobs (kidding) he's known to run like the wind (literally, at some points).
Memory - His brain has a tendancy to store every useless little bit of trivia. But then, someday, when he wins Who Wants to be a Millionare, it won't seem so useless, will it?
WEAKNESSES . Upper body strength - he's awfully wimpy for a guy. He's working on it, though. He does strength training three times a week. But then, it's not helping much, is it?
Actual fighting skills - when it comes to fight or flight, he's always chosen flight. He's never thrown a punch in his life.
Social skills - Common scenario:
Random girl: Hi, Dean!
Dean: Uh, hi. [ Oshit, what's her name again? ]
Girl: So, I was wondering, do you want to go to the movies sometime?
Dean - *silence* [ A MOVIE!? I don't even know who she is, but she wants to go to a MOVIE!? ]
Girl: *looks akward*
Dean: Sorry, but I'm busy. Play practice. Two weeks till opening night. *walks away* [ WHY!? WHY MUST THEY EXPRESS INTEREST!? ]
GOALS . To perform on Broadway.
FEARS . Forgetting his lines, being stuck in the middle of a fight with no way out, being lost in the city.
SECRETS . His emotions in general, his more geeky qualities.
FAIRY PAST . Darien the Water fairy. His familiar is a small, light brown mouse he named Pluto, after the former planet.
OVERALL PESONALITY .
Even though he tries not to act like it, Dean is really a geek at heart. Sure, he's athletic, he listens to hard rock, and he is considered to be cute by a few girls at his school, but that doesn't mean he can't enjoy their reading assignments in AP Literature, pull of straight A's, and watch educational television in his spare time. On the weekends, he can be seen glued to his computer screen, playing World of Warcraft. His bookshelves at home are full of manga. He keeps his dorm clean of evidence, though. The only websites on his laptop's history are Facebook and Myspace. His walls are blank. The books laying on his desk are the scripts for Wicked, Arsenic and Old Lace, and Cats, and his textbooks, instead of the old Shakespeare plays and classical novels he really loves. If anyone saw his room at home, they'd think someone else lived there.
When it comes to his acting onstage, he prefers minor, but memorable, parts. He doesn't like being the center of attention, but he hates not getting enough stage time. He's been cast in leads against his will, though, and did pull them off quite well. He could probably pull any character off. He just slips into their skin and becomes them.
People make him nervous. He's spent too much time watching surgery shows instead of hanging out with guys from the soccer team to even try to get social skills. And he doesn't plan on starting any time soon. He's a loner, and yet, he's still a team player. Huh. [/li][/ul]

HISTORY .
Dean was born and raised in the City. He hated it. The crowds, the smog, the idiotic girls who walked around wearing about as much fabric as a bathing suit on a cold, slushy winter day. His parents sent him to live with his aunt when he was 10. He attended school in Watersburg for a while, but when he turned 14, he got a scholarship to Grove. And that was that. He now spends his weekdays at school, and on his days off, he hangs out at his aunt's house.
The summer after his freshmen year, he took a roadtrip with his older sister to California to celebrate her graduation. There, she met her now-husband, and fell in love. While she was swooning over her new boyfriend, he auditioned for as many things as he could. Failure became familiar to him, and he gave up. He didn't spread the word of his summer vacation when he got back to school. He didn't even point himself out when the soccer team was watching that episode of CSI he was an extra in.
He first realized that he was magical during that summer, in fact. He had been hanging out at the beach, wishing that he didn't have to wear sunscreen. It was a pain in the ass. He sat on the edge of the water, feeling it lap at his feet. It was really early morning, so there wern't very many people. He decided to take a swim. After just milling around in the water a while, he dived under, and accidently opened his eyes. Despite the fact the water was salty, he could see clearly. Then he inhaled in shock. He didn't choke on the water. Rather, it was like he had breathed it like it was air. He's been experimenting with it ever since, and has learned how to 'bend' the water to his will.
