Peyton is of average height, standing at 5'6". Sometimes she wishes she was a bit taller, maybe 5'8", but over all she is pretty happy with her height. As a young teen she was extremely short, so she is grateful that she is as tall as she is. She is of a medium frame, and weighs on the heavier side of average, but is by no means over weight. She is 135 pounds, at least the last time she checked. She really only checks her weight once every two or so months, since she isn't worried about her weight so much.
PERSONAL STYLE . 'Beach Girl' with an added Pastafarian flare. Mainly t-shirts that portray the FSM fish, pirate fish, or some proverb from the 'Gospel of the Flying Spaghetti Monster', along with jean booty shorts and flip flops, in the summer, even though she no longer lives in California. During the cold months she still wears a t-shirt and flip flops, but isntead of shorts she wears jeans and adds an overly large sweater.[/size][/ul]

OVERALL PESONALITY . Peyton loves sports more than anything else. She started out playing basketball in elementary school, when she saw a group of 6th graders playing on the street. Though they wouldn't let her play with them, she started watching it on TV and playing with her friends. Even more than basketball, she likes street hockey even more, but really all sports are fine with her. Except tennis and bad mitten that is. They aren't active enough for her.
Around people Peyton is very outgoing, which helps her make friends. She isn't afraid to walk up to someone and say hi or ask for someone. This is even true for celebrities. Some people are afraid to walk up to a famous person and ask for their autograph. Peyton feels that this is pointless. If you want something, go for it, including getting a celebrities autograph. This may have something to do with the fact that she views celebrities as just regular people, so why should she be shy around them?
Other than sports, her favorite things are camping and wild life. She loves to go out in the middle of nowhere, set up a tent, build a camp fire and take a hike. Although she loves all types of animals, the wild animals that surround her when she hikes are what Peyton prefers. If it were legal, she would own zoo animals and keep them in her apartment. HISTORY . Traci and Todd met while Traci was visiting Arizona from California. When they found out she was pregnant with Peyton, they got married and moved in together. However 5 months later, they got divorced and Traci felt it was the worst 5 months of her life. Traci named her after her best friend in college, without Todd's approval of the name. Todd had always wanted a girl, where-as Traci had wanted a boy, so he gave her more attention than her mother did at a very young age.
During her toddler and childhood years, Peyton saw her mother Sunday-Wednesday, and her father Thursday-Saturday. When she was 3, her mother got remarried to Mark. The wedding was fun, but she never really grew accustomed to him, although she called him 'Dad'. She actually feels like he is her father, but they still never had a very close relationship, since they have nothing in common.
Todd liked to do things with Peyton that her mother hated, or would let her do things her mother wouldn't. As her 4 birthday present, he took her to get her ears pierced without asking Traci first. And as the toddler grew into a child, he began to let her wear shirts that showed her stomach or strapless shirts. This didn't make Traci happy, but Peyton didn't really care. When she began to get into sports, Todd was the one who helped her practice and showed up at all of her games.
Around the age of 8, Todd fell sick. The doctors couldn't figure out what was wrong, but he would get massive migraines, double vision, and would experience seizures. When this happened, Peyton moved in full time with her mother (against her will). She still saw her father sometimes on weekends, until Mark's job transferred him to San Fransisco. Todd moved there, living on his boat, but Peyton and Traci stayed in Mesa until she finished the school year. By the time school ended, Mark and Traci had a huge fight and decided to get a divorce. But they were all ready to move, so Traci decided they would move anyways, to California where she grew up.
Todd moved down to Ventura, and Peyton saw him more. But the December before her 13th birthday Todd's illness got so bad that he killed himself- overdose on his medication. Around that time Mark moved back in with them, but Peyton pretty much shut down. After a year, she started to think about what her father would have wanted. He would have wanted her to make the best of her situation, so she did. At the age of 16, she went camping in the Channel Islands with some friends, a going away trip because they were moving again, this time to New York. When they left, a small Channel Islands fox followed Peyton home. Though her mother didn't want her to keep it, he wouldn't leave them alone so she kept him and named him Jayden, or Jay for short. ` here's the countdown,
PASSWORD . WINGS
RP SAMPLE . I'm sorry, but I'm going to use an intro for a different character.
A 17 year old girl groaned, rolling over and falling off the couch she had been laying on. A long stream of profanities soon followed, causing a boy about the same age to enter the living room.
"What!? Oh-" He burst into a fit of laughter when he saw Kylie on the ground.
Kylie was not her real name, but the girl much preferred it to that on her birth certificate. Grace Anne DeLuca, but that yuck. When she turned 18, she planned on officially changing it to Kylie Peyton DeLuca- or Johnson with the baby coming, and her family still didn't know about that- was a few months away. Most of the time her parents refused to call her Kylie and instead called her Grace, which really got on her nerves.
"Shut up."
She had ment the statement to sound severe, but the pounding pain she felt in her head prevented it from sounding so. Running a hand through her straight, dyed black hair, she stood and sat back on the couch, her blue-grey eyes observing.
"What time is it?" She finally asked, just as the boy sat down next to her.
"I dunno..."
But Kylie had not really ment for Jake to answer her, for she already knew she was in trouble. See, Ky was grounded for excessive ditching and failing Algebra, not to mention for starting multiple fights in school. Normally she maintained a 'D' in every calss, but it wasn't easy to pass Algebra when she ditched so much. But she had wanted to go partying the night before, so she snuck out with her bf, Jacob Micheal Johnson, and done so. Jay watched Kylie with his green eyes, then laughed again and hugged her.
"I doubt you'll get all the way to your house before your dad notices your gone, especially with that hangover."
"Just give some Advil." She snapped.
While he complied, she stood, standing for a few seconds to get over the sudden dizziness, and then began to pick up her things. Cell phone, necklace here, necklace there iPod... why was there an earring on the floor? She felt her ears, one of her studs was missing. Huh... she didn't remember a thing after the party. On her way to put the stuff in her black skull messenger bag, she caught sight, of herself in a mirror. Her family would be noticing soon... she had a slight baby bump, making her feel extremely fat. Not to mention mad because she could no longer wear her normal attire: black camisole that stopped well above her naval and a mini skirt. It made the bump more prominent.
Jay entered the room again, and as he approached his gf it was obvious how much the differed in height: Her 5'7" and him 6'1".
"Here." She gulped them down without waiting for any water, pecked him on the cheek, and ran out the door completely forgetting her bag.
"Um... Ky?" Jay called.
Cussing, she went back and grabbed her bag, stumbling on the way back out.
"Maybe I should walk you home..." He wrapped his arm around her waist and the walked the few blocks to the DeLuca house.
"Why didn't you wake me?" Ky demanded.
"I tried, you were passed out, man." He replied.
"Well, I'm more dead than I was before..." She muttered.
"Yep."
"And I doubt your allowed in the house..."
"Probably not."
"But I have to use the front door, so you might as well come in."
"I thought you normally climbed up to your window..."
"Normally, but look, my window has been closed."
"I see..." Jay grimaced, and Kylie used her key to open the door as quietly as possible.
